Metal detector circuits pdf

Bro how u build the electric wire coil. I could not able to able get the exact output. My LED and buzzer are blinking as such in a some random manner. I suspect my output is not right coz, even if i keep the metal very close to it, it is not working. Please help me Thanks in advance. Can you pls help me? Can you send me the picture of the breadboard, wires and other components in it? I m using coil , not wire it help me or not Plz tell me Coil should have also worked, just make sure if it is enameled!!

The wire used here is normal breadboard wire. So it doesn't work. Help please! I was going to do this for a school project and was wondering if the size of the tape thing that you wrap the wire around could effect the ability to detect metals? There are many ways of defining capacitors. They are usually defined as nanofarads, picofarads, and microfarads.

Essentially it's the same thing, with the decimal place in a different location. The idea is to end up with a number that makes sense i. The capacitor may also be labelled with a three number code. In your case you would want a capacitor labelled In such a case the capacitor is measured in picofarads. The first two digits represent the first two values for the capacitor, and the 3 represents the number of extra zeros.

Please what's the thickness of the the coil used in the project. Please can I have the full work on this project. Thank you. Great job, code worked at first, schematic very clear. After an initial mistake wrong capacitator, realized reading comments I am a Pharmacist after all works perfectly. Hello, Sir Giorgio! I want to ask for your help.

Could you let me know if how did you let the metal detector work? Also I would like to have the copy of your code. Please, sir. Help me. It's my project and I need to do this so I can pass in muy subject. I'm hoping for your good heart, sir. Not possible with this circuit. I am trying to complete this project but I am very new to coding and circuitry. Could anyone share more details to help me?

I am not sure I have connected all the parts in the right way and I am afraid to plug in the code in case I blow it. The code is working and uploaded correctly. A detailed examination of the chosen schematics and the function of each component is examined and explained, as well as explanations for certain choices of component values.

The results of a computer simulation using Pspice are shown, and then the results of the actual construction of a breadboard prototype, along with the problems encountered are examined. When ever a metal is approached by the detector the oscillator frequency will shift hence the silence will change to frying noise indicating the proximity of metal.

Hi thompson it should be between few inches to few feet 5feet or so it depends on the skill of the operator. Tune medium wave pocket radio till you get the frying noise stops and you get the radio silenced.

Hi Aitya you please refer to comment dated 15 Aug on the use of radio. Hey i am unable to find 10pF capacitor. Can i use pf instead of it. And is using a fm mobile phone sufficient or a pocket radio is sufficient. Can u tell the approximate frequency. Hi Shinoj 38SWG is 38 standard wire gauge is the size of the cable. Hi Revathy use a MW pocket receiver close to this circuit use an ear phone to listen.

Hi, I was wondering if any other part of the circuit has a change besides for the oscillation frequency ie: a change of voltage drop over the resistor or capacitor - surely something else that is actually measurable must also change?

This will sense the proximity of metals, which will change the frequency of the running oscillator. I need to build a metal detector which can find metal Gold coins at a depth of 0. Please give me the full details soon. Hi Lama you can use any super enamelled copper wire any size from 26 to 36 SWG.

L1 is ready for use. You can use insulated hook up wire single stranded of 0. Hi radio will tune to the frequency without much difficulty. Comment: good circuit but need more clarifications for beginners like me. Author:The radio should be placed at least with in 1 meter from the circuit. It is always better to keep radio as close as possible. It is a bit difficult to make this circuit to operate a relay. I am working on it.
